Hey,
My name is Paul Harper. I’m passionate about Men’s Health issues for two reasons. Firstly, the fact that when things with us don’t work so well – who do we talk to? It is rarely spoken about, yet it can have a devastating impact upon wider health. Yes, there are chemical aids – but they don’t always work, especially for issues that are of a psychological nature.
Secondly, I’m passionate about bringing virility into the open, so that men have somewhere to go for help. For example, I had a series of video guides on YouTube to guide Men in a whole variety of issues – from body language to Erectile Dysfunction. This helped many men for over 10 years, but often videos were removed by overzealous moderators, so in 2019 I stopped adding videos to my channel. Most moderators saw exactly what I was trying to achieve, but one day in June 2024 one (puritanical moderator) after many others had checked and gave me the green light, took exception to my message and without any debate deleted my Men’s Health channel.
Apart from X I have been banned from just about every social media platform for daring to talk about such things as ‘erections’ in relation to the functioning of Man as opposed to ‘building’.
As you can probably tell I am so passionate about raising awareness, because the real truth is that many men are suffering needlessly, things can often be turned around at any age – if there is willingness to improve. However, I have been beaten down by the likes of YouTube – as – being unconventional and going against the tide is no mean feat, so now as of 2025 I am just in my own small way helping promote Men’s Health. I don’t charge a lot, I’m definitely not going to get rich from my Time Personal Training – I charge enough to cover my costs and provide a modest income.

Conventionally trained at University, I continued my development whilst gaining experience in various hospitals within the NHS.
Frustrated at limitations placed upon me, I applied all my psychology and physiology, knowledge and experience, in the private treatment sector, particularly with specialist exercise, and so my evolution into the necessary unconventional approach was born. Realising the power of this, I set out to determine the best methods – carrying out research along the way allowed me to develop my unique methods I now use to boost virility.
For the last 20 years, my unconventional approach to helping Men’s Virility is now fully functioning and always firmly underpinned with my conventional knowledge and expertise regarding men’s physiology (and psychology too). This is what gets results.

I’m of the opinion that Men in general may not talk openly, express themselves or not fully understand maleness (all too often we can focus upon alpha male type aspects – but maleness means so much more, and often is about the more individual and perhaps the more obscure).
Because of the profound impact Virility has upon our wider health and wellbeing – I combine the conventional and unconventional to give you a powerful way forward to increase your virility and along with it – your quality of life.
