    I do offer some services that may help you improve your sex life – such as erection training, which paradoxically does not have to involve gaining an erection, as we are strengthening the body systems that input into the whole erection process. These gains don’t happen instantaneously – you’ll notice improvements in the coming days – meaning any erection coaching is training for your future improved erection quality – it’s not about gaining a strong erection at the time of coaching. However this penis and erection coaching can subconsciously put the spotlight upon the penis which manifests in two ways (more or less likelihood of erections) depending your personality.

    Whilst training in a naked fitness session – the emphasis is more upon your body as a whole – and with the spotlight off your penis – it may or may not mean erections are more likely, it all comes down to personality type, as to how our penis responds to any situation.

    Erections for many different reasons.

    You may get an erection due to different sensations from exercising with no clothes or due to a sexual energy, but equally there’s every chance you may not as I explain below.

    If a naked personal training session is a new experience for you it may:

    • excite you and arouse you.
    • excite you in a “freeing way’
    • give rise to a whole range of different feelings

    any one of these or a combination will be at play whilst we exercise naked, and your individual experience of any of the above may mean an erection is more or less likely.

    A sexual energy?

    Sometimes a sexual energy can be present, you just never know how you are going to feel, if it does it can be channeled into your workout for even an even greater fitness experience that will lead to greater results.

    You may get an erection for all sorts of reasons and if either of us does get an erection it may be for different reasons:

    • a sexual energy
    • an excitement
    • a deeper connection to your whole body
    • or a reaction to exercise – certain muscle contractions can cause erections to occur.

    Whatever the reason for an erection we will channel the feelings this gives you into giving you a great workout, however …..

    No sexual liaisons take place in a Naked personal training session – however I do encourage a sexual energy – but within you – as this is all about you, not me. it is all about you maximising your fitness and well being.

    In a nude personal training session – I’ll guide you to have a focus upon your whole body – a great thing -made so much easier when your whole body is part of the experience – not covered in clothes – but every part able to participate in the exercise session and reap the full rewards.

    Why Nude Personal Training is so effective.

    General exercises provide general results and whilst we are all so similar – in subtle ways we respond to exercise differently. Naked Personal Training allows you to determine exactly how your body responds. This can happen with or without clothes but generally the feelings and senses are heightened when we are naked which allows you to really assess what works for your body and what doesn’t. Counter intuitively training nude – with your feelings and senses heightened – you will be able to ‘tune in’ more easily to just how your body functions. This actually means you are focussed upon your body function – not upon looks or stereo types – but more about how you move and the feelings you are gaining.

    This is one reason why training nude is great for boosting self confidence and for overcoming any body image issues.

    plus… the awareness of your muscles working is likely to produce superior results. No hi tech equipment means your sole focus is upon your muscles and your feelings to make you really appreciate your body like never before.

    plus… When males are exercising – a big aspect is testosterone – powering your muscles and giving you the motivation and determination to exercise at a meaningful intensity: in a way that either builds muscles or improves your fitness, or perhaps your health or your virility. With your testosterone also powering your maleness – once your mind is open to the idea of using the nudity/testosterone link – with senses heightened: superior strengthening, fitness or virility improvements will be forthcoming.

  • Go Naked – Switching between the Male Zone & Naturist Zone

    I was invited by a good client/friend if I would like to join him at a Naturist event – below is my response – A Male and Naturist distinction – to let your mind ‘manage’ your body.

    I thought it may help someone know that managing our bodily response either way is possible – with training and practice. Plus it does hopefully demonstrate my professionalism to the ‘maleness cause!

    My response to an Invite to: a Family Naturist Event

    I just wanted to explain my thoughts about your kind offer regarding a trip to the naturist park. I have given it much thought and whilst tempted – I’m not sure if it is for me. The reason being that when I get naked – I like to associate it with my maleness and sexualness (I mention both due to a distinction between them) – letting my penis express himself in any way he wants – as I find that truly liberating. I think that is the main driver for my nakedness passion. 

    To go somewhere and almost have to ignore my penis for fear of provoking this ‘male response’ which is often actually non-sexual, is maybe not attractive enough to me. 

    Plus I have to be honest I really would be so worried about becoming aroused – as sometimes even when I’ve recently ejaculated – even though I don’t feel sexual – I feel male and my penis can be ultra responsive (purely just in a maleness way). I’d then be so worried about an erection happening. I think all of these things are enough to make it seem less appealing to me.

    However, this ‘male response’ with or without a hint of sexualness, has been encouraged and nurtured by me. Even though it was always there – in the early stages of my naked training – it was not there enough and some participants could have felt I was not entering into the spirit of the occasion – as to some extent I have to lead the way, even if I am having an off day. 

    After much practice at encouraging my maleness – I now know it is genuinely there for every training session should it be required. By that, I don’t just mean my penis response, but also my demeanour – one that is conducive to an uninhibited training session – and that: I really like, as I know I can do my job properly and enjoy it. Very professionally unprofessional perhaps! But that I am passionate about.

    Therefore, after having worked so hard – to let my maleness flourish – to put effort into undoing this for a while is not something I feel I want to risk. Now I don’t want you to think I’m being hypocritical as I realise I have spoken with you about how you can manage the two situations as I call it either the: The Male Zone – where you can let your maleness and sexual side flourish – or the Naturist Zone – where you control things. 

    I do firmly believe that this is possible to switch from one to the other – and very rewarding on a leisure basis. It is just that on a professional basis – where there is a need for me to get into the Male zone, I need to concentrate just upon this aspect and not the Naturist side. 

    Who knows though, one day if I need a holiday from the Male zone – the Naturist Zone may be just the thing!

    Being naked makes such a big difference to how we experience exercise – capable of elevating it into a multi-dimensional experience.

    Yes a health, virility or fitness goal is the aim but If you let your mind also be open to an adventure – I will guide you to ‘tune in’ to your body.

    Gradually you will become connected like perhaps never before when exercising – to feel individual muscles contracting in your body – letting it evolve into a sensual experience.

    A feeling that can develop into different sensations, deep within your body, similar to an energy, further accentuated by actually seeing the different parts of your body working – you really can get into the zone – reinforcing that exercise = bigger muscles/less fat, more testosterone and a surge in neurotransmitters.

    This extra dimension that training naked under my guidance to ‘tune in’ using various methods – is so valuable, enabling you to fine tune the exercise to really work and improve the bits or indeed the aspects you want, exercise at a higher intensity or to simply feel more alive – in whatever way you want.

    There are so many ways to feel ‘more alive’, and so many ways to gain it. Yes, I can guide you to achieve – but you have to keep in mind, I’m not a mind reader – so you need to tell me what it is that you want to gain/achieve.

    I now look at my penis in awe – the key to unlock so many wonders in my body and mind – a discovery I made whilst running an erection study using the fundamentals of SELFIBATE.

  • Do you Ever: Read your Erection?

    Erections and sexual arousal go hand in hand, but sometimes there’s a chance your erection may be for a non-sexual reason.

    Why should it matter what the cause of an erection is? ….why not just enjoy it?

    Indeed, your erection should be celebrated and enjoyed, but the question is – How should you enjoy it? Forcing sexual enjoyment/gratification – if your erection appeared for a non-sexual reason.- may lead to an underwhelming time.

    It would seem to be the case that some men and quite a few women do not realise erections can be read – tending to assume :

    Erection = sex is wanted or needed or desired.

    ?Maybe not?

    If at any time your penis starts to tumesce – (anything from a semi erection to full on erect) – I’d encourage you to read your erection. The chances are it will be because you are indeed sexually aroused, but it is worth checking as it may simply be an appreciation of Your maleness – that your mind or body is actually craving. More of a penis worship for anything from a minute to an hour will satisfy this craving or need in your mind. This may well then turn into a sexual arousal, but equally it may not.

    If you do not force a sexual time but instead:

    • nurture/celebrate your virility – or your individuality ‘maleness’.

    This will invigorate your virility, you can bank it – carrying over to another point in your day when you are sexually aroused – or feeling horny., turned on.

    Non-sexual erections:

    Here are some examples of non-sexual erections:

    Relaxation – can give spontaneous erections.

    Simply being extremely relaxed – your parasympathetic nervous system will be dominant, and an erection may spontaneously happen. However, deep relaxation is satisfying in itself but does not always mean you want sex.     1. Erectile Dysfunction or Erection Issues?

    Let’s refer to any erection problems as – Erection Issues, which sounds less problematic than the term Erectile Dysfunction (that evokes a severity). This downgrading of terminology will start feeding into your positive mindset – something that your erection will thrive upon, so hopefully you’re already feeling optimistic and hopeful? Knowing that you can restore normal function, naturally and enjoyably.

    Step 1 is therefore an optimism.

    2. Power of Your Mind to influence your body

    With your mind in overall control of all your bodily functions, both directly and indirectly – controlling such things as blood flow and hormone production, we need to ensure all relevant parts of your mind are ‘communicating’ with each other, and more importantly have a good attitude!

    Step 2 is understanding your mind, to know how to maximise its positive effect upon your virility.

    3. Is your mind fully ‘tuned in’.

    Your mind not only needs to send the right orders to many different parts of your body, that are involved with your Virility, but also needs to ‘listen’ to your virility. There are probably 100 different ways you can do this – let us find the most powerful and enjoyable way for you.

    Step 4 is to establish a nice way for you to strengthen any aspect of your physicality.

    5. An Energy (Primeval)

    As if all the above don’t have enough different variables, I’ve saved the most powerful – but also most individual training aspect to last. What is this ‘energy’ I am talking about? It is so individual that I do not want to ‘plant’ any interpretations into your mind – I would rather set the scene for your body and mind to discover, explore and enjoy your energy within you – as the Individual Male that you are. That way it will be genuine and something that can evolve with you.

    Step 5 ?

    A chain is only as strong as the weakest link, which is why psychological erection issues are notoriously difficult to overcome and gain control over.
