We’ve always known the tremendous value of exercise to our health but t is only in recent times emerging evidence shows the right type of exercise to be a wonder drug for so many aspects of our health. Therefore if you’d like better health – i can match the right type of exercise to your health condition. With so many different exercises it can be a job to know what you should do – this is my area of expertise – trained in physiology, experienced in the NHS helping patients overcome or manage a variety of health conditions – along with my GP Exercise Referral, you know you’re in safe hands.

I’ll match the right exercise/movement to your personality and gains that you want. This will have a great effect in your mind, knowing you’re doing something good for yourself, along with the boost in neurotransmitters. It’s now known that exercise is a great contributor to neuroplasticity – or capable of changing your mindset! This means if we initially do things to suit you – what you like and what you want to gain, then you’ll soon begin to want to do more and more, for how it makes you feel. Your first step is to choose one of these, then the rest will gradually happen!

I use all the above – which means I am not ultra muscly – I simply look after myself – all aspects of me from head to toe – which now fast approaching 60 takes some work, but it has helped me develop some great health & fitness programmes/workouts such as the quality in longevity workout (aka Manility Workout)
Everyday things you can do to mitigate the stresses and strains of life means you can still feel good no matter what your age. I have been exercising for my health, fitness and happiness for 40+ years – wiser in health, fitness and happiness, with a raft of knowledge and experience to help you also feel great.
I know about the challenges to staying fit, healthy and feeling good as the decades pass. Noticing a decline to our health, fitness or image can be difficult – however with the right exercise or lifestyle choice – you can turn things around and start to notice improvements – not decline. That is a truly great feeling. This all starts by establishing one initial goal, and finding the best method for you to attain it. I will help you with this. I am extremely capable – having started my career within the NHS …you are in very safe hands.
