The word Arousal has almost been hijacked by the subject of sex – but actually arousal is simply being alert and senses activated whether mental, emotional or physical.
Male bonding, or camaraderie is a classic example – and if you become erect or indeed feel ‘a stirring’ in any situation, you do not have to read anything into it regarding your sexuality, it is just down to Oxytocin.

Evolution – excites us in so many ways – working on the principle – that arousal of any kind can lead to an increased chance of a spread of your DNA.
A male bonding / camaraderie episode can raise your libido so much that you want to have sex – but not necessarily with the guy (s) that set all this in motion, unless you are sexually open minded. However this is nothing to do with sexuality – who you are attracted to – this is just exploring the Oxytocin – Testosterone Mix.

With many reasons why your penis may (or may not) become erect during virility coaching, there is one rarely considered ingredient that can have a powerful effect – due to an intensity or clarity that you may find odd.
The hormone oxytocin. The effect we feel when being part of something with others – often described as Male Bonding. This involves Oxytocin.
Even friendships and social or work connections: where there’s a sharing of positive experiences or any team activities/sport can trigger oxytocin release in men. Players in team sports experience exactly the same – and this is Male Bonding – the only difference with a naked workout is that the focus is not about sport/the game – but is all about a celebration of maleness.
What does Oxytocin in Men do?
Oxytocin reinforces social connections, supports mental well-being – but most significantly for us – can induce an erection.
That is why you may get all manner of feelings or reactions, when reading about my virility coaching right the way through to participating in it. These feelings can manifest as an erection and excitement – purely due to Male Bonding / Team camaraderie, even though the team in this case is just us two!
The hormone Oxytocin adding to the already powerful effect of a naked workout is powerful which is why the optional – celebration of Maleness – your male body and mind being strengthened to improve your future virility, may be all a bit too much.
That is why I have options – however once you understand what is behind the feelings – it can all seem the most natural thing to do.
Put all this together and you may get a whole host of reactions., all perfectly explainable by Male Bonding / Camaraderie or Oxytocin, however you want to think about it.
Many reasons why you may, or may not, get an erection in a nude personal training session – here’s what you should know…
Keeping it a mystery
With many reasons why we may get an erection – the real reason can be kept a mystery. Perhaps a general excitement or even purely a reflex response to certain movements. If your penis does start to tumesce or become fully erect, neither of us really need to know the reason, other than it is the male body doing what it does!
An erection during a training session may mean we are sexually aroused – but also may mean a celebration of the male function.
There are a few reasons below detailing why we may get an erection, I could write for ages about the different reasons but it is just something that our body can do and often does! Gaining an erection during a naked personal training session can give you a different feeling to normal – possibly due to the many different reasons why it may have erected. Either way just appreciate it as a great male function.
An Erection is our body simply doing what it does and the real reason behind the erection can perhaps be kept a mystery.
We are all male and it is totally normal for our body to respond in different ways, however not all erections are equal.
Reasons why you may get an erection in a naked personal training session
Uncontrollable erections
As we all know an erection can start simply as a result of a touch. In a personal training session your body will be in many different positions, causing your penis to hang differently and touch certain parts of your body, sometimes this different touch sensation can cause a sensation or even a reflex response that initiates an erection, and is not always under the control of our brain, there’s not a lot we can do about it.
HIT – High Intensity Training can both cause and attenuate tumescence.
Cause
Tumescence rising to a full on erect penis can happen when doing certain exercises – especially. HIT, …..
..which cause the penis to move vigorously – being stretched and under strain, which is great for penile elasticity, and future harder erections, but at the time also..
…causes sensations – or in different HIT exercises flap against the body, again causing a physical stimulation to the penis. If you’ve ever done star jumps whilst naked you may know what I mean. Certain muscle contractions around the hips and abs can also cause spontaneous erections.
HIT training is so valuable for our Cardio Vascular system – improving blood flow to the penis and testes, but also great for testosterone production and actually for a positive mindset due to neurological transmitter stimulation. When it is carried out naked – there is another aspect to be added to the list – nice sensations, great for exercise motivation.
Attenuate
If the intensity of the exercise is really strong, and you are struggling to keep up the pace, then an erection will probably not happen due to adrenaline closing off blood supply to the periphery – to power working muscles. More about why your penis may not become erected (coming soon).
Cause
When the intensity is not too severe and there is some unavoidable touch sensation to the penis – we are more at risk of a spontaneous erection. I I help many men who can struggle to get an erection, and they would be so happy to be able to achieve one. Therefore perhaps any erections should be viewed as something that we are lucky to be able to have, and we should appreciate it – never be embarrassed about it or hiding it away.
Erections due to higher testosterone levels
Cast your mind back to when you went through puberty, did you gain more erections, often for no reason at all? The chances are that you did, partly due to raised testosterone levels. During your training – your testosterone level will be elevated as a result of the exercise: and further boosted due to the uniqueness of the training. This effect can then even be further enhanced by certain exercises that are proven to elevate testosterone levels. This increased testosterone may just begin to have an effect on you and become evident during your training. Rather than just think about the erection, it may be good to focus upon the erection as an indicator that your testosterone levels are god and your body is healthy and responsive.
Arousal
Being naked with others, when it is something out of the ordinary, can be an exciting thing to do, and whilst it may mean that you are aroused – it is more than likely going to be in an excited way due to a different fitness experience with your body – in a male way – rather than a sexual way.
Psychologically there may be many reasons why you become aroused – thinking about the original Greek work for gymnasion – meaning school for naked exercise, can evoke feelings of a historical endorsement to your naked exercise session. This endorsement can lead to feelings of a comfortable, and totally natural intuitive experience, that is also exciting and different. The combination of all these feelings are associated with initiating erections, but it does not mean there is any motive behind the erection – often just a celebration of male function, in a male bonding way.
What To Do If You Get An Erection During Your Naked Personal Training Naturist Fitness Experience.
We’ve all seen them before, so if you do get an erection in your naked personal training session – don’t worry about it. It can happen to us all. Just be relaxed during your naturist training session – and enjoy it. If we know that an erection can happen to either of us, neither needs to be embarrassed – it is just the male body doing what it does.
Erections in a Naked personal training session – viewed as the healthy functioning of a male body
I do offer some services that may help you improve your sex life – such as erection training, which paradoxically does not have to involve gaining an erection, as we are strengthening the body systems that input into the whole erection process. These gains don’t happen instantaneously – you’ll notice improvements in the coming days – meaning any erection coaching is training for your future improved erection quality – it’s not about gaining a strong erection at the time of coaching. However this penis and erection coaching can subconsciously put the spotlight upon the penis which manifests in two ways (more or less likelihood of erections) depending your personality.
Whilst training in a naked fitness session – the emphasis is more upon your body as a whole – and with the spotlight off your penis – it may or may not mean erections are more likely, it all comes down to personality type, as to how our penis responds to any situation.
Erections for many different reasons.
You may get an erection due to different sensations from exercising with no clothes or due to a sexual energy, but equally there’s every chance you may not as I explain below.
If a naked personal training session is a new experience for you it may:
excite you and arouse you.
excite you in a “freeing way’
give rise to a whole range of different feelings
any one of these or a combination will be at play whilst we exercise naked, and your individual experience of any of the above may mean an erection is more or less likely.
A sexual energy?
Sometimes a sexual energy can be present, you just never know how you are going to feel, if it does it can be channeled into your workout for even an even greater fitness experience that will lead to greater results.

You may get an erection for all sorts of reasons and if either of us does get an erection it may be for different reasons:
a sexual energy
an excitement
a deeper connection to your whole body
or a reaction to exercise – certain muscle contractions can cause erections to occur.
Whatever the reason for an erection we will channel the feelings this gives you into giving you a great workout, however …..
No sexual liaisons take place in a Naked personal training session – however I do encourage a sexual energy – but within you – as this is all about you, not me. it is all about you maximising your fitness and well being.

Why Nude Personal Training is so effective.

This can happen with or without clothes but generally the feelings and senses are heightened when we are naked which allows you to really assess what works for your body and what doesn’t. Counter intuitively training nude – with your feelings and senses heightened – you will be able to ‘tune in’ more easily to just how your body functions. This actually means you are focussed upon your body function – not upon looks or stereo types – but more about how you move and the feelings you are gaining.
This is one reason why training nude is great for boosting self confidence and for overcoming any body image issues.
plus… the awareness of your muscles working is likely to produce superior results. No hi tech equipment means your sole focus is upon your muscles and your feelings to make you really appreciate your body like never before.
plus… When males are exercising – a big aspect is testosterone – powering your muscles and giving you the motivation and determination to exercise at a meaningful intensity: in a way that either builds muscles or improves your fitness, or perhaps your health or your virility. With your testosterone also powering your maleness – once your mind is open to the idea of using the nudity/testosterone link – with senses heightened: superior strengthening, fitness or virility improvements will be forthcoming.

There will be times in edging when you take it that bit too far – and whilst desperately wanting to delay ejaculation to prolong the euphoric intense sensations in your whole body – you have reached the point of no return; or have you?
Even then: Extreme contraction of your penis muscles (pelvic floor) can rescue the situation as I show here:

Ejaculation had started with Just a drop of semen emerging – but successfully curtailed.
Interestingly enough – if you watch the full instructional video as an Ultimate Edging Member – you’ll hear me reflect upon this as a bit of a mishap – as I should have been able to read the situation better. However I now look back upon this session with extreme fondness as it gave me the confidence to know I have the power now to stop an ejaculation half way through and have the final part/act 2 seconds or minutes later. Only something I can manage as a special treat – as it takes immense will power and strength to do, but nice knowing it’s possible.
An ability you can develop.
I do know there are a few naturals out there -where there body takes over to do this naturally – however if you’re like me and indeed most men – you can train yourself! Surfing Method 2 – riding a wave of pleasure is what gives Edging its euphoric status – helped out by Edging Method 1 where a cycle of highs and calm leads to calm becoming a high and the highs become a Wow!
Reading Cum Level
The trick with edging method 2 is to know your body so well – especially your testes, prostate, penis – and all the sometimes overlooked bits in between. ‘Tuning in’ to them gives a broader range of sensations – allowing you to read your ‘cum level’. This is an imaginary cum level which is an indication of how far away ejaculation may be that I will guide you in the Ultimate Edge.
Stimulation
Once you can read your cum level – then it is simply a case of titrating* stimulation so as to keep letting the sensations building into a euphoric time – without going too far into ejaculation. However this does require one more thing – willpower.
Willpower
Every day you have a finite amount of willpower. Therefore if it has been used up at work or in the gym then you may have none left for edging. This means you have to pick the right time when your willpower reserves are strong – or occasionally make edging your priority. (I use the word occasionally as I don’t want to lead you astray – not too much anyway)
How to Surf a Wave of Pleasure
Read – stimulate – Control – in a nutshell that is how to do it. Each one of these has many sub categories, which can make it easier for you to accomplish them. For example. Stimulating your penis – you can use so many different stimulation methods according to your excitement,.
During surfing a wave of pleasure
At this stage – your penis will become your musical instrument, the male part of your mind the conductor and the audience will be the whole of you, every fibre of your being will become transfixed with the sweet sweet music you’re playing.

* Titration definition:
Titration is a technique commonly used in healthcare whereby medication is introduced or interrupted slowly over time, building up from a lower dose to higher doses.
Thus the word perfectly lends itself to Edging.

With three main edging methods – all having their sub methods, this one is by far the easiest to do.
Willpower boost from craving
Successful edging requires much willpower – to stop stimulation just when your whole body and mind is craving what’s about to come – the cum. However each time you curtail the main event, once it does happen – the intensity will be incredible. The willpower to delay ejaculating actually becomes easier to muster – the more you practice. This is because the male part of your brain starts to crave the extra intensity you are starting to illicit by delaying ejaculation – thus the male part of your brain helps you out by encouraging you to stop stimulation. Be prepared – this is where one part of your brain – will argue with the Male part of your brain, but gradually through either virility coaching or Ultimate Edging – the male part of your mind will grow and thus be able to exert more influence.
Ideal if you are new to delaying ejaculation
It takes time for your Male Brain to ‘read’ your ‘cum level’ – a way to determine how close to the edge you are, which makes the simplicity of this edging method great, you simply stop before getting to that point of no return. Here you need to expect two things internal conflict in your mind (as above) or taking things too far, in which case taking things a bit slower will allow your mind more time to actually read your cum level.
Distracted by porn
If you choose to use porn, looking away for a minute here and there will give more focus upon your body to read your cum level and as the session progresses – porn will become a distraction from the sensations within your own body which become all consuming.
Ideal if you’re an experienced edger
I still use this method as a warm up in most of my edging sessions, as it still can take me a while to get into the ‘edging’ zone. Or you may find you don’t need a warm up – if you’re an experienced edger’s this is the easy goto method at any time to stop ejaculation – unless you’ve misread the situation in case you only have method 3 at your disposal!

As each potential ejaculation event is suppressed – the sexual pleasure accumulates, especially the physical sexual sensations, as the pelvic floor muscles and prostate get ready for ejaculation – contracting ready to expel semen, which if curtailed leads to an accumulative sensation of sexual euphoria. This can be so strong that it will override any other thoughts and will take over your mind…
Will Power/Euphoria Threshold
…the stage can occur when you crave more euphoric feelings and so actually want to delay the ejaculation event. So you see initially a great edging session involves will power, but then a tipping point is reached, in time and with practice, your body and mind will crave the edging experience to continue – and so becomes one less involving will power and more involving an intense sexual euphoria. I coach you in various different ways to get to the tipping point – aka the willpower/euphoria threshold.
Why edging increases penis hardness in the future
It takes serious muscle control and strength to suppress an imminent ejaculation, if you’ve taken it a bit too far and Method 1 & 2 are no longer powerful enough. This muscle strength builds with each session and involves the same muscles that are responsible for pushing more blood into the penis – thus making it more rigid. Plus the very same muscles involved in ejaculation intensity, as in how it feels more than propulsion. But that gets a bit complicated, for this moment in time, but is something we can discuss as you go.
Your Individual Sexual Positivity
