  • Penis-anus – link muscle contractility

    Why call it penis – anus – link muscle ? Because when contracting, it provides the sensation of:

    ….your penis coming closer to your butt hole.

    When you relax this muscle – you can sense your penis and anus drifting away from each other.

    The correct name for this muscle is Levator ani, however referring to it as the penis-anus – linking muscle helps our mind tune in to the feedback you’ll get when using this muscle.

    Relevance of Feedback

    These intimate muscles that power your virility, are very different: Complex, but very sensual.

    The Physical

    The Feedback I mean is – your mind’s awareness of the muscles working, which is important as it allows you to efficiently strengthen these intimate muscles that you have.

    With other muscles in your body – for example glutes – you can gauge the muscle contraction force at any given time by the weight you are lifting / pushing / pulling or task completing. However, these intimate muscles that power your virility are very different – The most effective way to gauge their strength (and effectiveness) is by your minds’ judgement. To a certain extent you can feel your anus contraction strength and the ability to make your penis move, but especially the latter is dependant upon tumescence and if any erection issues are present – this form of feedback will just add to performance pressure – so far better to become aware of these muscles abilities – within your own mind.

    The Psychological

    Erection issues of a psychological nature can be overcome – initially starting with – your mind’s awareness of these muscles contracting. This will be the focus of forthcoming training, but for now know that: gaining control – feedback – mind awareness of these muscles actually is the cornerstone of training to overcome any psychological issues. I can’t give all my training methods away here, but all you need to know is: that new neural pathways start to form purely from your mind being aware of the physical aspects.

    That is the first step – the rest may be quite individual – which is why the 1:1 coaching is so effective.

  • Your ejaculation muscle contractility

    The bulbospongiosus is the correct name of this muscle, however calling it the ejaculation muscle – means you’re more likely to train it – due to the positive reinforcement of knowing exactly what benefits you will experience. Ejaculation intensity and control are the main virility aspects that will be improved, however, this muscle also helps with urine stream and expelling the last drops of urine from your urethra.

    The bulbospongiosus (ejaculation muscle is in the centre of your perineum.

    Your erection muscle (ischiocavernosus) contractility ability – under your control – is a great way to boost your virility – you’ll have harder erections, but also perhaps gain an awareness of all the elements that power your tumescence – and once you know them – you can boost them.

  • Do you Ever: Read your Erection?

    Erections and sexual arousal go hand in hand, but sometimes there’s a chance your erection may be for a non-sexual reason.

    Why should it matter what the cause of an erection is? ….why not just enjoy it?

    Indeed, your erection should be celebrated and enjoyed, but the question is – How should you enjoy it? Forcing sexual enjoyment/gratification – if your erection appeared for a non-sexual reason.- may lead to an underwhelming time.

    It would seem to be the case that some men and quite a few women do not realise erections can be read – tending to assume :

    Erection = sex is wanted or needed or desired.

    ?Maybe not?

    If at any time your penis starts to tumesce – (anything from a semi erection to full on erect) – I’d encourage you to read your erection. The chances are it will be because you are indeed sexually aroused, but it is worth checking as it may simply be an appreciation of Your maleness – that your mind or body is actually craving. More of a penis worship for anything from a minute to an hour will satisfy this craving or need in your mind. This may well then turn into a sexual arousal, but equally it may not.

    If you do not force a sexual time but instead:

    • nurture/celebrate your virility – or your individuality ‘maleness’.

    This will invigorate your virility, you can bank it – carrying over to another point in your day when you are sexually aroused – or feeling horny., turned on.

    Non-sexual erections:

    Here are some examples of non-sexual erections:

    Relaxation – can give spontaneous erections.

    Simply being extremely relaxed – your parasympathetic nervous system will be dominant, and an erection may spontaneously happen. However, deep relaxation is satisfying in itself but does not always mean you want sex. Misreading your erection, risks not only unremarkable and unrewarding sex or masturbation but also will attenuate the lovely relaxed state you were enjoying were you were perhaps contemplating some aspect of life or being human.

    There are many other reasons for erections, including such things as vibrations of vehicles, tight underwear, or nostalgia.

    You have a body part that is soft and can be easily hidden away. But just when you want, you can get it out, and it begins to get bigger and hard enough to penetrate another person.

    Mind power and focus to push the smile down lower and lower.

    An adventurous slight smile is the best way to practice this, clothed and in public perhaps, for just 10 seconds and each time you do it: feel your smile going lower down your body – encouraging the energy from your smile… ..down lower with your mind. So you see, you only need a very slight smile – it is your mind that does the work – exaggerating your smile inside your body. (If this doesn’t make much sense, don’t worry, it will in time – for now, maybe try another MAN and come back to this.)

    The beauty of this is you don’t even have to fully smile – simply imagine yourself smiling as I do in the video (after a bit of practice) this works just as well.

    To practice: simply smile at odd times in your everyday, when in public, and always with an adventurous mindset.

    A smile causes me to have an erection – which I didn’t set out to gain, it just happened. Yes, I was naked, as all my videos were at that time – to give extra meaning to my naturalistic message. However, I never thought for one moment that I’d be able to do this whilst on camera – thinking any effect would be offset, by my anxiety about filming and remembering what I have to say. With this in mind, all I intended to do was to explain about the technique, rather than demonstrate.

    It is only a semi erection, but it was the first ever time my penis made his presence known during my work – and as it was for my YouTube channel, I was taken aback, which is why I attenuated matters! (These days I’d perhaps be encouraging it🙂).

    1. Erectile Dysfunction or Erection Issues?

    Let’s refer to any erection problems as – Erection Issues, which sounds less problematic than the term Erectile Dysfunction (that evokes a severity). This downgrading of terminology will start feeding into your positive mindset – something that your erection will thrive upon, so hopefully you’re already feeling optimistic and hopeful? Knowing that you can restore normal function, naturally and enjoyably.

    Our mind and virility means – We can just think in terms of the psychological aspects of sexual behaviour.     Once your mind has the right positive attitude, is able to communicate with other parts of itself, and ‘tune in’ to your body, we need to ensure that your physical body is in good enough condition to act upon the signals. There are probably 100 different ways you can do this – let us find the most powerful and enjoyable way for you.

    Step 4 is to establish a nice way for you to strengthen any aspect of your physicality.

    As if all the above don’t have enough different variables, I’ve saved the most powerful – but also most individual training aspect to last. What is this ‘energy’ I am talking about?
